My Core Principles

1. Education

Education forms the foundation of success. My guided teaching acts as the GPS for their journey. Just as you wouldn't embark on a trip without directions, don't let your player feel lost. I make sure they stay on course to unlock their full potential in baseball and beyond. As a strong advocate for education, I pursued the competitive field of aerospace engineering at NC State!

2. Mindset

We emphasize cultivating a competitive mindset, which involves teaching players to compete with themselves and unlock their inner drive. While competing against other teams is expected, few stress the significance of igniting that competitive fire within oneself. This mindset will set your player on the right path to success.

3. Structure

The Mental Strength coaches from the St. Louis Cardinals and the San Diego Padres, who were former Navy SEALs, emphasized to me the importance of having a structured approach. They've shown that success hinges on this structure. Inspired by this, I’ve designed my academy's structure to be easily understandable, offering a robust framework for developing your player.
